Found there name on the Bad Boy mower service and repair site. There were several companies to choose in the St Louis area. I made the right choice with Bartels Sales and service. They listened when I went explained issues I was having with the mower and discussed possible expenses that could arise with the service. When I left I felt confident they were on the up and up. They called a week later and discussed the service and options to fill the order. I went with a transmission repair among other things. When I picked up my mower I was in good hands with Vance, he reviewed the service invoice and helped with loading the mower.
Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous. Get your lawn tractor equipment here and also get it serviced when it gives you trouble. Staff will help with name brands they do not carry in stock but parts may take time to ship if repairs are needed. Specializes in zero turn radius mowers.
